Since I have the title of mini marcus I add my thoughts to the bulk or
Cut idea.
Start would be I would only bulk if I was under 11-13%. A true bf%. So I could bulk successfully and not feel like a fat bastard after if I was 16%.
If your floating around 15% I would say hold of and try to drop some bf through a little
More cardio.
So basically I agree with bulk if things are in order. However, my final thought would be that nothing is worth an injury to set you back. So if your not trusting your body at this point u would hold off for a bit.
How monster would 255 look at low dry bf. You may pull the illusion and look 275.

I've not heard of pulsing orals. It makes sense. Sounds like a way to minimize liver stress too.

I don't know man, its mess up. Its not really the joints I don't think after all. Its on the side of my elbow, If you're looking down at your arm its the upside view of the elbow. Its bone there, and damn its tender. cant even hardly bend it right now.
It takes a couple days for it to go back to normal after it flares up. Sometimes it will and sometimes it wont. I have to train harder to get these bitches to grow and the damn tendons and bones whatever is inflamed henders it really bad. Im on test right now I don't know if that is helping or hindering the pain.
Its kicked in, and all I want to do is just rip weights like crazy. Ive tried to use good form but it doesn't help either. Seems like the heavier I go, the more it hurts. Im not worried, its happened before. Im not letting it stop me this time. Im goin all the way man im not quitting.

Exactly why I moved up on the squats instead of trying to do ass to ground on my drops....was already done....but was trying to push it. I would have never made it up from there.
You are one of the ones commented on my squat video a few weeks back. Next time gym isn't so busy and fiancé is with me, I want to take another video for new critique.

I hit chest today and added incline flies with cables. basically put bench between the cable tower and away you go. Felt great. got a good squeeze and really felt the upper pecks burning like they should.
Definitely in my routine next chest day.

Back tonight.
Warmed up. Flat bench. High reps.
Barbell Rows
2x15 medium weight
1x8 heavy
1x5 heavier, forced 2 with rp's
Seated Row, Wide Grip
2x12 medium weight
1x8 heavy
1x6 heavier. Cheated 2 more. Rp for 1 more.
2 dropsets.
Cable Pulldown
Front, Behind The Head, and underhand close grip supersets in succession
Three sets of that medium, heavy, medium again as a drop-superset.
I'm toast but doing lying t-bars anyways
Supersetted these alternating wide grip and close v-grips.
3 sets. 1 medium, then heavy, then near max.
I'm exploring my pain threshold to push it beyond where I currently think I'm in pain to set a new threshold.. Push the muscles beyond what they currently think is failure. If my life depended on me getting 2 more reps I would find the will to do them . On these dropsets, when I thought I couldn't do any more, I closed my eyes and started pulling them as quickly as.possible. It turns out that I had yet a few more in me. I wanted to scream out loud but I'm not one of those 'gym screamers' so I didn't. I did grunt loudly though. Lol. Involuntary. I'm a reserved guy and don't like attention.

That's tendonitis aka tennis elbow. I had that problem earlier this year. The test is increasing your strength faster than the connective tissue can adapt is my guess.
I tried to push through it as you intend to but it just got worse. I couldn't do curls or tricep extensions at one point so I worked with half the weight I usually did for about a month. It resolved after a few months. Just be careful about pushing it. you don't want to end up with a permanent issue. Smarter to ease up a bit and let the tissue catch up to your strength. You won't shrink!

I need to workout with your sis, does she do the workout in latex by anychance?
Like your style, try pre exhaust next time it will give you a whole new pump and burn
Yes, it does take the stress off the liver for a bit, its worth trying because it really helps certain guys.
Agreed
Yes of course I will, let me get on cycle and I will need to shave the fuker first lol. I have good legs very thick set.
sounds good MMglad to see you back at it
Now you really sound like your getting to the pain zone of proper failure, this is great news because your body is going to react and respond to this new environment its been put under, keep the overload piling on and that intensity high and your going to see developments. This is what I like reading workouts to the max, pushing to the boundaries of hell and giving the devil a slap across his fuking head. Keep this pressure on and when your body tells you to rest take a few days off or go light but when your feeling that strength carry on pushing your body

I really think its great all the positive feedback from you guys regarding this way of training. It makes me smile when I read some of my online clients and members in this thread state they are seeing huge improvements and most of all loving this style of training. If this style suits you, all you need to do is play around with it and adapt things to your liking and how you grow.
Learning how to train to failure is a really hard thing to do and ive tried so hard to explain how I train and get my mind set into pushing my body to its limit and beyond and reading your workouts I can see your taking it all on board and implementing and pushing boundaries you have never tried before. Failure is the only way my body responds and grows, that's it no other way I have to push into this zone otherwise I stay still and coast along. I also have to put my body under tremendous overload and train in a strict fashion to take me to hell and back.
Short heavy intense workouts build muscle for me, ive noticed I get thicker using this method, more dense, more stronger and bigger muscle bellies. I am so happy so many have took this on board and listened while ive tried to explain my own version of HIT. A lot of what I do is a mental battle because not everyone can train to this level, how many of you see in the gym guys who don't make any progress or talk shite about this diet and special training style yet they stay the same year in year out lol, makes me laugh when I walk in these guys stir over at me and watch me train and when I leave they are still there training the same muscle group over and over again.
You master this training style and then take it to the next level while on cycle and implement a solid diet you will see your body change, be consistent in your approach be like a robot, get yourself mentally prepared to attack your body so it as no alternative but to grow bigger. Lets keep this up guys and show me your progress over the coming months.
Wouldn't it be nice to get all of us to do a training session together me, kel and you lot training to the max, now that would be worth videoing lol. I bet there would be some torn limbs hanging off by the end of the day lol

There is loads of information all through this thread, especially in the early stages when members were asking questions regarding this style of training, there is also a huge amount of insight into the mental preparation to training to positive and negative failure plus loads of other stuff what will give you the edge and tools to take you to the next level

Your lucky, I have to fight like fuk to keep lean but even when my bf goes high because my muscle bellies being thick set I still tend to look good and muscular. I am a lot leaner on top and tend to carry more bf on my legs but saying that I haven't shaved them for years so its hard to tell. I am a hairy bastard......your very lucky if keeping lean comes so natural
looking good mate
