    Just checking in. First couple of weeks of the school year drain the life out of you. Haven't missed a week in over a year, guess this was a good time, then. However, looking at my hands, callouses don't need to be shaved off, feeling neglectful.

    Pullback lift on shoulders tonight. Off of my small blast now, but labs coming up in 7 weeks. Will see how this pullback goes, may do it for 2 rotations depending on how my mind and body feel.
    Pretty much 2 working sets for everything. A minutes rest between sets and of course a drop in weight for the second working set, except for traps. I get a tad of trap activation on face pulls, so 1 working set felt sufficient for traps.

    D'bell shoulder press- 2 w/u, Work1- 10 good reps. Rest one minute. Work2- 12 strong reps.
    Seated side lateral- 2 w/u, Work 1- 9 reps. Rest one minute. Work 2- 13 reps.
    Face pulls- 1 w/u, Work1- 10 reps. Rest one minute. Work2- 13 reps.
    B'bell sbrugs- 1 w/u, Work1(front)- 11 reps. Rest one minute .Work2 (rear) - 7 reps.
    D'bell shrugs to failure- 9 reps.

    43 minutes not including RC exercises and broomstick stretches.

    WTF? A cramp in my left rear delt and my right trap @ the same time. Dr. will be running electrolytes again with my next labs to see how my potassium levels are holding up since I added magnesium.
    Think just for fun, I will ask her to check vitamin D as well while they're drawing out the syrup I call blood.

    Preworkout 10 g l-arginine. Little beerootjuice. Man, incredible pump. Soon 3 weeks since off AR-stimulants, stil pump in biceps was so damn happening that i had to ligthen the weigths. Close to a real fullblown steroidpump. Same for shoulders, steroidelike pumps.
    Def gonna continue this, maybe up to 12 grams. I was a little tired from work and maybe missed my coffee, but coffee is supposed to inherit the no-effect so i dropped it. It didnt help much on the "speedfeel" u may get from other stimulants, but this baby is supposed to create pump, stretching the foscia, and man....loved it.

    Morning HITers!

    Ahh I needed that rest day - R lower Back is feeling better... Back/lats - rhomboids - & traps still sore! Loving it!

    I'm going to hit legs today and maybe arms after... They're filling up and thickening again which is nice! I added low dose deca to my TRT(in which I upped to 250/wk) going to self bleed today or tomorrow Crit was almost 50 I don't like that I'm comfortable at 46+

    How's.your Hgb, Nach? Mine is staying elevated when Hct is in range.

    I'm doing them pre, during and post at the moment. They really feeling good and I wish I could get on a cycle because I just know they would respond even more but I am going gentle with the training chest and shoulders.

    This thread is depressing me. Not being working out properly in 6 weeks at min. And then all of ye fckers are getting bigger and bigger and I'm staying still.

    Cannot wait to get back into it next week. Hopefully build myself back up. When we are knocked down its how we get back up from the knock that makes us and I am determined to move up another level. Haven't touched juice in 3 years but I'm thinking of hitting some up unsure what i wanna hit

    Is this daily or just when in the gym at the moment, Marcus?! I've always done it pre & intra(especially when pressing)... I'm gonna try to strengthen the posterior/rear delt to ensure my arm doesn't snap off...

    DCI... Hang. In there I just got back into it after hernia surgery - I was out 3months basically no weights... It'll come back fast - really fast! Muscle Memory is great! You know where to find me brother!!

    Don't see it as depression, DCI. Turn the thing around into motivation. Grab you some dark, heavy tunes, lift strong for 4-6 weeks and then maybe a nice little run of some test? .
