Yep me too... Now I'm trying to eat in between clients etc - I definitely am thinking about those shks(theyre like meals) which obviously will help tremendously with fuel... I'm hitting back or arms today(had a day off - I slept all day too) then since I'm not pressing w/my shoulders atm I'm gonna try this fill in work with just my delts(should shape em up well)
