Yep me too... Now I'm trying to eat in between clients etc - I definitely am thinking about those shks(theyre like meals) which obviously will help tremendously with fuel... I'm hitting back or arms today(had a day off - I slept all day too) then since I'm not pressing w/my shoulders atm I'm gonna try this fill in work with just my delts(should shape em up well)

Probably a half hour for shoulders, its like walking the rack. I just stand next to the kettle rack and kill it, I only take maybe 30 seconds between sets, super I do right away to break. I hold the kettle real tight so when I come up they are parallel with my arm, it gives a good squeeze at the top, sick pump. Trap/delts get swollen. The cardio I go all out since I stop after a mile, I beat each time consecutively.

I didn't do it right now - I do have life long chronic pain... Listen to your body and learn to train hard yet smart... Longevity is the key imho - and I'm tinkering with too much pain on a daily basis...
Congrats on the negative MRI Kyle! And Prox has been a great asset to this thread and pointing us with injuries in the best possible scenario for that person!

Got good chest day in.
With all intentions of going heavy as possible...
Started with pec/Dec pyramid up/down get blood flowing.
Flat db press 2f 1w (105s) no drops. After.my feel sets I should have stopped. No matter what weight it is. I can not throw the knee up with the db, with out the shock going through my leg. Then with the 105s had to change leg positions to keep the pain away. Back has been better just more of an annoyance recently. But I guess this movement right here hits it. Need to figure something out.
BB Incline press 1f 2w dd
Incline DB flies. Kept it light so I could throw the db up without the knee. Kept at 45s and did very slow strict negatives.
Super set decline hammer strength into Incline hammer strength. 2w
2 sets each high cables and even cables.

Getting ready for chest/shoulder press, I dont feel like I ate enough but I double up my pre-workout. I was working (getting my ass kicked) on my quad, striped the first bolt and it was down hill from there.

Legs today. Had to get up much earlier than my normal summer hours as my son's school started today. Entirely too early I might add, but he was excited to go. Thankfully it was a non-squat day:
Extensions: 2 heavy with drop
Vertical Press: 2 heavier than normal heavy as of late
Smith lunges: 2 heavy, non-lock quick pace.
Seated curls: 2 sets, with drop on last
Calf raise (one leg at a time) on leg press: 2 sets, 15 reps or so with RP
Seated calves

Won't be long now. I kind of fell ass backwards into this order. May do a tad bit more shopping between now and my labs at the end of Sept. Until then it's focusing on bf% and lifting as much as I can squeeze in.

My arms (tri's) are my weak point, after surgery and now my elbows just wont take the beating they used to my arms are suffering. So instead of a big heavy work out, I do a "real" training day and then some secondary training in between, this way the "real" day doesnt have to be to overwhelming and taxing on my elbows.
1.5 miles of cardio
Rope abs
Rope pull downs
V preacher single arm curls
Single arms cable kicks
Cable curls
Dip machine
Straight bar forearms
Raised platform calves
Calve machine
