    This post reminded me I wanted to mention your deadlift pic you posted. You were wearing sneakers that even though small they have a slight heel elevation which is bad for deads. Have you tried wrestling shoes or just in your socks? I used to wear cheap wrestling shoes and they did make a difference.

    You know the first jump with the additional 50 was cake (you know the weight progression I'm speaking of BG.) I seriously think I could have gotten 4 more with it but thought why not throw some more on. Next was just plain heavy but still went smooth. Really zapped my energy. Funny though, when I stand with the weight (getting set to go) it always feels much heavier than when actually moving it up and down. Odd to me. Fear, anxiety, who knows.

    Walking by the school's swimming pool after last period - headed to the car. Looking and wondering why someone (a girl?) doesn't have a top on. It's a young boy- has gyno - really bad. Could you imagine how difficult that would be? Just wanted to shake the kid's hand and congratulate him on his guts to get in the pool and work on his dreams of swimming.

    I smashed my arms yesterday. Legs and core tonight. Will go as planned:
    4 days intro-warmup, lighter weights and sets, 2 days off, and then I goes EOD back to HIT, depending on the feel week or two later may reduce/increase rest period spans.
    My arm feels better yet still not back at 100% to feeling well and potent for HIT... More so ~85% ok.
    Been killing cardio every day for the week... so far so good!

    Ive not used Albuterol. I have used Clen extensively upto about 160mcg thats my intolerable limit, hands shake like mad. We cant get Eph over here anymore, they changed it to a class A. So basically all the suppliers dried up. Its extremely hard to find, and what you can find is usually cut to shit and expensive.

    I used to go no shoes then I bought those Nikes and they have a pretty solid sole. Ill try without anything in a few weeks and see how it feels.

    Once you get to that point the difference is huge, the set before felt light but just taking that next step you get into overload time Im the same way, walking out I actually worry a little, then I havent been getting my feet right and I know its because it feels heavy as shit. I keep getting my left side caught a little coming out, on the heavy set I must stay bent a little and Im just not tall enough to get it out of the rack smoothly. I really need to squat out of a mono.

    Pffft, as usual, the wife thinks if I'm in town then I need to go.to the f-in grocery. . Been hooked on steamed fresh veggies and chicken recently so stocked up on more bok choy, Napa cabbage, eggplant, asparagus, sprouts, etc. When I went by the meat counter, they had inside skirt steak for $5.99/lb. The key word there being "had". I cleaned the counter and the meat locker out.
    Won't be long and the berry season will be winding down, but stocked up on berries and peaches to go in the FF Greek yogurt.
    Bedtime for me.

    Ive noticed lots of younger kids have gyno, my nephew does. He's a shinny/fat kid if you know what I mean. Do you think it has to do with the hormones in the food and thats why the 18 year old girls are so hot now, tight little asses, big tits walking around like perfect little woman.........ok gotta go

    My dad didn't start shaving until his mid 20s.

    I've been shaving since I was 15.

    They have linked food preservatives to slower metabolism.

    Since the 80s everyone in the US on average burns 10 less calories everyday.

    Nowadays girls get menarche at a younger age than before. It has been linked to food availability and higher calorie intake.

    As for gyno, probably environmental phytoestrogens and test lowering pollulants play a bigger role.

    Food storage also has some effect, plastic bottles and the resin on tinned food has been linked fvcking up hormones. (BPA - I just googled it)
    Go back to the 50's, 60's and 70's and we ate a very different diet to the 80's, 90's and post-millennium.

    Convenience prevailed over common sense.

    Preservatives, and additives are in everything, even things you'd think of as fresh.

    This - I think its to do with the shitty fast food diets of today. There is way too much sugar in our diets for a start.

    Honestly, think of the "average" US/Uk family meal at home. You bet most of it is frozen oven food, or snacks.
    Even my childhood, a goodly portion of my diet was frozen or convenience foods. The art of cooking has gone out of window, and I think this is directly linked to the changes in the household dynamic, and the cost of living.
    Again, go back to the 50's, 60's and 70's... a household needed the man to go and work, and the wife to look after kids and cook. A single income was sufficient to support.
    IN the last 30 years, thats entirely changed and now you've got both parents working, and probably one of both of them have a second job, and they still cant fully support the household. The cost of living has caused this. So now you've got no wife at home to keep on top of chores and cook your "meat and potatoes" supper. Instead you both flop through the door at 6/7pm and you eat easy food.

    Bodybuilders are the exclusion to this. Every other household follows this pattern to some degree.

    As far as food Ive been blessed, my neighbor bought a new out board for his boat and I put it on with him. So hes in "fishing crazy" mode right now, going out on 20 hr trips. Every week end he brings me big bags of all sorts of fresh out of the water fish

    I'm on rubber mats as you probably are. What I do at the end of several warm up's when positioning feels right I'll actually mark my spot by dragging my toe on the mat and leaving a little scuff mark. Sounds odd but then I know exactly where I need to be when I start piling weight on. Make sense?

    That's great, man! Fish can be an expensive protein unless it comes out of the can and fresh is just way yonder better! I live pretty much in between 4 different lakes and 2 of them are crapped up by PCBs. So much that they only recommend 1 serving/week max. Certain parts of the lake and types of fish they don't recommend eating at all.
    Eating roast and potatoes fresh out of the pressure cooker now and I'm pretty sure this cow was old enough to draw Social Security/should've been made into a shoe. Not very good at all. The wife asked me "How is it? I just nodded and grunted. Good thing I'm eating all of this yogurt. May need it to digest this roast.

    I do too, but will be bumping up my dose around the middle of Oct. if all goes as planned. Just trying to lose what I can until then.
