Well it seems that Elmo of sesame street was removed from his job after diddling with a 15 year old boy. In New York the age of consent is 17 and not 15. Of course Elmo was quoted as saying I was just playing Tickle me Elmo with the boy. But they agreed it was more of a Pickle me Elmo. The boy who was pickled is now in his 20's. He is seeking 5 million in damages as well as a puppet with a larger pickle since he has outgrown Elmo's little dill.

You know what though? I really don't want to cast blame on this dude. In all seriousness, if any of us were accused of this same thing by some kid there is no way to prove were innocent. And in a situation like that you're guilty until proven innocent. That's why most of these cases with celebrities end up settling. The celebrity realises it's going to cost him more in attorney fees to fight it in court only to probably lose regardless of guilt than it would be to just write a cheque and be done with it. This same shit happened with Michael Jackson. I mean how can he prove that he didn't molest a child? And that's what it comes down to.
