the cheaper sets are typically cheaper for a reason. Not all bars are the same quality. Good bars are typically $100, but i've sold cheaper ones and they are crap
One thing that conserns me are they steal plates coated in vinyl? Doesnt say. If not i wouldnt buy them.
But if they are its a deal even if you had to replace the bar later with a good one
