Things that make you mad when you go to the gym
Some of the the things that get me p.o when I go to the gym.
People that wear flip flops, or the ninja type toed shoe, people that check them-self out in the mirror, the load grunters, these are just a few of many things that are irritating!

When I'm at the gym checking this site and notice the 1000th thread about the same thing

The bros that train only their arms and chests spouting off incorrect information to the newbies. Or when the PT working there looks like he hasn't lifted a weight before in his life. I hate when people that I don't know try to start a conversation with me also...I just want to get in, do my stuff, and get out as quickly as possible...

I could really care less about what every else does except for:
- Too many people in the gym (and the lack of 45lbs plates derived from that)
- Not racking the weights in their proper spot
That's it.

January is coming, so we will all need to compete for gym resources with the New Year's Resolution crowd!

I hate it when there aren't enough mirrors to check myself out.
I also hate not getting everyone's attention when I grunt.

I'm right there with you.
I've found two really good ways to get everyones attention. Grunt like a mofo with really light weight and even better when you do this with curls in the squat rack. For some reason that's an attention grabber. If that doesn't work try crashing the light weights too. All the racket gets people to look.
