I remember reading about this a little whole a go on the SkyNews app. He claimed to drink 3litres of protein shakes along with the other list of ridiculous dietary things.
From what I understand though, your bicep size is limited by is base length? If you have short tendons and long muscle bases, you can expect good growth. But his biceps are so much larger than the length that its undoubtably unnatural, Synthoil? Why do people do this to themselves? It looks hideous.

Its absolutely amazing that any adult with a basic understanding of physiology would not realize these are not functional muscles that are the result of wieghtlifting or wieghtlifting and steroids. They are so compleltely lacking in definition and shape along with any supportive tissue on the adjacent body parts that it totally baffles me that anyone would consider him legit.
