A friend of mine shared a link via facebk it was an article "The Abercrombie Workout" (I cant share the link because I am a new member) but feel free to search it. Basically the message is to NEVER squat, deadlift, or bench... because "those workouts add mass" It made me lol, I guess if i squat the bar for 12 reps I will gain mass in my legs haahaha.
