no effect. i dont understand what these guys r talking about when they say they "have to have carbs or they have no energy in the gym"
IMO thats BS rationalization.. but thats just me maybe they do i know we're all difft. i actually "feel" better without them (except the mental drain low carbs depletes from ones mind over long periods due to deprivation). kind of a cumulative effect. it can be mentally taxing to run low carbs often for months on end..

no prob dude! but i think some clarification needs to made made about the difference between the diets. atomini will be running a std carb cycle, u will be running a carb cycle as well but with fasting incorporated in. so its not carb cycle vs ADF; its (carb cycle) vs (carb cycle + adf)

Fair enough. A. is running test/tren /albuterol and I'm running high tren/test. 8 weeks starting Mon. This could be an interesting experiment! I say NOOOOO cardio LMAO!!

try 5hrs cardio per week only to be done on fasting days. this works out to 85mins per fasting day. i split mine into 60mins and 30 mins (which puts me 15min over per week)
u got a lifting schedule? upper days then lower days is what i do. big lifts only. no arms..
bench, shoulder press, rows/lats (alternate days), deads (upper)
squat, leg extension, leg curl (or romanian deads), calves (lower)
