Well guys after going down many paths and trying my hardest to avoid needles throughout my life it recently became inevitable I was sooner or later going to have to pin to achieve my goals...

I tried prohormones and tbh they killed my back and no gains and when I went public and told ppl they all said the same leave them alone as they'll fry your liver

Well I'm pleased to announce at 5:30am today I finally grew a set and became a man by pinning my right quad with absolutely no pain

Can I say a big thank you to all off you that gave me the balls and encouragement to do this

You know i got some great advice on here the other day after i made a post sort of like yours. I was told that pinning is the very last thing you do when your trying to reach your goals because without a good diet and dedicated training your gonna be going in circles. Now just out of curiosity have you ever posted your diet or workouts up here to have these guys take a look at it?

Yes my friend I've done it all I did a 90 day cut which was logged in its own thread in the nutrition forum
I went from 35/37% bf down to around 14/16% bf before I even thought of juicing
Tbh if diet and training are off there's not much point in juice
The advice you've been given is the best just post it and let the guys critique it after all what's to lose??
