I'm between 1 and 3 now. I like 3 if I were looking at the website, but as rex mentioned in the other thread I think 1 would transfer to paper better...I think he mentioned that.

I choose #2, but #3 is appealing to the eye too.

I can say without a doubt i don't like #1. I don't like the black outline around the shield. I think the silver outline is more appealing and "shield like" if that makes sense.

#3 hands down.. #1 is 2-dimensional and looks like crap, # 2 just looks stupid (its a little fat symbol that is too small and looks funny), # 3 looks great! u get a sense of the 3-dimensional element of the shield, u can see its convex structure, and the sign is a perfect size and proportion to the shield. Very classy IMO.

It turns out my graphic guy pulled a fast one on me! He does NOT like my choice of the #2 design and when I asked him to put all of them on a page so that I can get feedback from all of you, I realized that he made it look like SH!T and I didnt realize why even I didnt like it as much as I used to!!

Anyway.... Here is the #2 logo that was SUPPOSED to have been posed: (BTW, this particular employee has been beaten and is being forced to write sentences all weekend.... Needless to say, I keep my "Pimp Hand STRONG!"

After looking at the two, I cant believe I couldnt put my finger on why I didnt like it as much as I used to!!

personally the top one looks a lot better now. i like the shape of the symbol better on top but would be curious to see what itd look like if it took up a bit more space. when i say i like the shape of it better i mean specifically the tip of the arrow. i like how it looks more triangular than the bottom one.

if this couldnt be done i would probably go with the top one.

405, I am actually having it adjusted Monday to be a TAD larger (VERY small change) and perhaps add a few pixls to the neck of the arrow to make it SLIGHTLY longer and move the circle slightly more down and right. SAME exact design, but a tad bigger, but first I wanted to get more feedback before doing anything further. I am with you 100% though. SLIGHTLY bigger

Initial caps (all caps with initial letter larger) cleans up clutter as does fewer elements in the icon.

I don't know if this is what I would design from scratch - just trying to give input based on what you had. Not trying to overstep.
