I personally think it looks awesome. Kinda has a Gladiator look/feel to it.

Plus its Directed by Zack Snyder (300) with The screen writing by Chris Nolan
( Dark Knight n Inception ). Between those 2 Geniuses it has to be be good at least I hope

Thanks for the trailer I will definitely see it. As a kid I was not a fan of supe because he was too powerful and it made it boring for me to read his comics or watch him but as I became an adult I started to like him more and more. I do hope in the movie they will present a legitimate challenge to him. Regardless great character and I love what he represents and stands for probably my favorite after wolverine and batman. Honorable mentions - Punisher, Judge Dredd, Ghost Rider, Xmen (Professor Xavier, Gambit, etc). I always felt like they fukd up Collosus's storylines in general. I feel just off superpowers and backstory he could have been developed to be an A-list superhero.

HUGE SUPERMAN FAN. I am 35 and still buy some comics from time to time. Not to mention the whole weight lifting thing.

I liked the first few trailers but I have to admit this didnt floor me. I like that its a little dark. I have read some people say this will be the greatest comic movie yet.

We shall see. I hate the choice of actor for Villian.

Ok so I smoked a little tonight and watch the trailer about 10 times. I am going to rescind on my earlier thoughts. This trailer is really insane. It shows supermans struggles with being superman and was not confident in himself which is something pretty unique. His father not supporting him and looks like most normal peoples lives as everyone struggles in life at some point.

I think this has some serious potential but still not fond of actor for villian. Zod was an evil generale but had some swagger the way he did things. I feel like this new guy will be clumsy and angry

Hadn't seen this trailer yet but saw an earlier one that didn't give much away. I think it looks pretty good and as already mentioned, with some of the directors and writers from 309, Watchmen, and Batman/Dark Knight series, hopefully it'll be a great remake.

Of all the Batman remakes there have been (Kilmar, Keaton, Clooney, etc), I thought the ones with Christian Bale were superior!

Hopefully this Superman remake won't disappoint and if not, others will follow in a trilogy fashion.

I think the Bale ones were the most enjoyable, interesting, entertaining, etc. I do feel the Keaton batman supported by Nicholson as Joker was as good for 1989 as was humanly possible at that time without God coming down from the sky and shooting parts of the movie. For 1989 batman there was nothing imo they could have done better and would have to give some of the credit to Tim Burton directing. Also Kim Basinger was hot enough to rub one out to and helped the movie as well. Then again rotten tomatoes only gives 1989 Batman a 71% rating so maybe thats just all my opinions.
