tis the season
Is it just me or is it getting harder to get to the gym during the festive season? i havent had a solid routine for the past 3 weeks and it really starting to put a toll on my motivation. What do you do to keep your head in the game?

Dont feel to bad. Surely a week or two of rest is good for the body.

Use that feeling as motivation. I've had a weird schedule for the last week. I know I'm going to get in there tomorrow and kill it because I don't know what next week will bring!

Hope so honestly id rather have gym time than family time but being the first son of the first son in the family makes me obligated to show
