Yeah...if you cant tell from the title I am pissed! I consider myself fairly smart on being scammed and laugh when others fall for the shyt. Pretty sure I just got bit!

Tried to buy my wife a cell phone off CL for $300. Text back and forth with the guy who seemed pretty legit (yeah yeah). Paid through Paypal and he provided me a USPS tracking #. I paid a personal payment using money owed to avoid fees on his end and that may have been a big mistake as it does not appear that Paypal will cover the dispute now.

I have a cell # and an email that showes who the $ was sent to. I found several other adds in other states the guy posted as well (after the fact).
From the cell # it appears the dbag lives in Cinc. Ohio! I'm hoping to get some info from Paypal as I emailed them but I doubt they will provide much!

Anyone have any REAL suggestions (not the usual lounge shyt). I'm far from rich and $300 is a big hit for me...I am PISSED!

It is Verizon and the area code shows Cinc. Ohio area. I have some Verizon connections that I plan to employ. Next step is identifying his bank account. He has to recieve the $ through a legit bank account I believe.....correct (anyone know this for sure)
