Just seen this recent picture of the rock and to me his bicep/tricep has synthol written all over it, what are your thoughts?

Hmm it was posted on his official Facebook page, so unless he photoshopped it, kinda doubtful, you never know, but certainly looks like either photoshop or too much synthol

I've obviously seen the guy who's arms blew up and the random u tube guy but what exactly would a normal usage of synthrol look like? I've been really interested in it really just bc all or the s*** talk about it....

If he is on synthol I would say this is one of the rare "legitimate" use cases. Synthol gets a bad name because of all the donkey ****s with the forearms of a small girl and biceps that look like a bloated water balloon about to pop.

I would never use synthol,however I have seen cases where it actually looks normal if used properly. It is not for me, but to the guys who can control themselves, it looks ok.

Normal usage of synthol would look just that: normal.

(Legitimate?) use would be let's say you're going into a bodybuilding competition and you have a slightly lagging calf muscle on one side, you could use synthol to bring it closer to the other one and help with symmetry. Although the ethics of it are questionable in my opinion.

Majority of the top bodybuilder's use it and there are a couple of ways of using it correctly. If you need to bring up a lagging bodypart for competition into proportion with the rest of the body or you can use it to stretch the fascia to promote new growth. Some guys spend years training and have problems at developing a certain bodypart, this is due to the fasica what envelopes and surrounds the muscle is to tight and can restrict growth. When synthol is used correctly with a properly protocol you can stretch the fascia and make it more flexible so growth can take place a lot better. The procotol to strecth the fasica is very very painful and not many can complete it but once you have stretched the fasica you can attack new growth and build new tissue in that area. The trouble is there are far more guys abusing synthol and to be honest you wont know the guys who are using it correctly!
