    Whats your Current weight now....

    Just curious to see where every one is .... I will put my starting weight at 18 and current weight now.


    18: I weighed 160.

    Now: Weighed in this mourning at 228.

    I have weighed as much as 260.

    I beat all my friends in arm wrestling that year including my 230 lb friend. But yes pretty scrawny but as a kid I was always strong for bodyweight, did gymnastics and diving when was younger so I wasn't frail by any means.

    You must have had a crazy high metabolism and were very active... How long did it take you to reach 240?

    13 years. When I was 20 I learned how to force feed. I got up to 185 back then, noob gains. I have to seriously eat and lift heavy or I lose weight. As long as I'm lifting I have an appetite for growth now. I fluctuated in my 20s lowest weight of 155.

    17- 158lbs maybe 8%. Played DB and trained sport specific 7 days a week. Being a major Ecotomorph helped stay so lean.
    19- 145 booze, drugs, and the wrong women.
    23- about 160lbs, started training hard again, focus on hypertrophy
    27- 204 and 12%
    current (29)- 172lbs 14% (pneumonia last year, lost a ton of weight and haven't regained). Ok, more like 15%...

    Funny you should mention pneumonia. Im going to the doctors today to see if thats what I have. Been battling it for months and it kicked my ass yesterday.

    Hopefully it's just a nasty chest cold bud!!!!! I was hospitalized mine was so bad. It's my own fault though, years of abusing my lungs as a punk kid. Hopefully the worst case scenario you get some antibiotics and it clears up.

    18- No idea; I'd guess around 145 give or take how many cases of beer I drank that day that weren't pissed out before weigh in.

    Today- 35, around 191-195 depending on if I pooped or not for the day. I'd guess 15%-20 BF but I'm bulking so....

    I think this thread would be a great read for all those new guys in the Q&A at 150lbs that swear they need gear because they haven't gotten huge with 6 months of training. I think it would help them to see that a lot of us started of as skinny 145lb kids and see how it took us years to pack it on.

    Hell, in my case, I'm skinny all over again

    Currently sitting at 176 8-9% bf @ 5.8, this seems to be a good place for my body to sit naturally, have weighed as much as 102kgs at peak of a long term bulk, higher bodyfat than I would have liked but not too bad...
    Starting weight 65kgs @ a guess of 14%bf...

    I was the "skinny kid" in high school.... maybe 125-135 pre-drinking habit. I still to this day have the bone structure of a 9 year old girl. It took until about 28 before my tendons and joints started being able to sustain the muscle I packed on naturally. I had shoulder and knee problems from 22-28 just from "bulking" all the time. Putting on the muscle was easy- joints/tendons keeping up not so much. Looking back- I know what I did wrong; I was unbalanced. I was doing all these routines to gain size but then I ended up with one muscle larger than the other and the larger muscle was straining the smaller ones resulting in continuous pain. Once I got all my other muscles caught up a little the pain started going away.

    I've NEVER been "on cycle". I didn't pin until last year when I started TRT. I have however been in the gym since I was 19. It took 15 years to put on the weight I have now. I'm kind of glad I didn't pin and put on a massive amount of weight because I would've been doing it wrong and I'd be paying for it now. All the info that I know now wasn't known back then.... Creatine was "new".

    17 when I graduated 194
    28 now 220-226 14% bf
    Heaviest was 230 with super high bf
    I'm 5'4". Haven't grown since middle school :'(
