Now: Weighed in this mourning at 228.

body fat is alot less now than it was at 18 I was a flabby slob back then!

At 18 about 150. Now I never get on the scale. Could care less what it says.
13 years. When I was 20 I learned how to force feed. I got up to 185 back then, noob gains. I have to seriously eat and lift heavy or I lose weight. As long as I'm lifting I have an appetite for growth now. I fluctuated in my 20s lowest weight of 155.Originally Posted by PEWN

18- No idea; I'd guess around 145 give or take how many cases of beer I drank that day that weren't pissed out before weigh in.
Today- 35, around 191-195 depending on if I pooped or not for the day. I'd guess 15%-20 BF but I'm bulking so....
I think this thread would be a great read for all those new guys in the Q&A at 150lbs that swear they need gear because they haven't gotten huge with 6 months of training. I think it would help them to see that a lot of us started of as skinny 145lb kids and see how it took us years to pack it on.

I was the "skinny kid" in high school.... maybe 125-135 pre-drinking habit. I still to this day have the bone structure of a 9 year old girl. It took until about 28 before my tendons and joints started being able to sustain the muscle I packed on naturally. I had shoulder and knee problems from 22-28 just from "bulking" all the time. Putting on the muscle was easy- joints/tendons keeping up not so much. Looking back- I know what I did wrong; I was unbalanced. I was doing all these routines to gain size but then I ended up with one muscle larger than the other and the larger muscle was straining the smaller ones resulting in continuous pain. Once I got all my other muscles caught up a little the pain started going away.
I've NEVER been "on cycle". I didn't pin until last year when I started TRT. I have however been in the gym since I was 19. It took 15 years to put on the weight I have now. I'm kind of glad I didn't pin and put on a massive amount of weight because I would've been doing it wrong and I'd be paying for it now. All the info that I know now wasn't known back then.... Creatine was "new".
