    A thank you is in order.

    Been a member for a year and a half, I would like to thank every member here. I've learned more and made better progress than I thought I could.

    First photo was shortly after I joined the forum at 165lbs. Last two are from last night at 170lbs.

    i love this place!

    in the two years i have been a member, i went from 196 lbs prob 27% BF to 166 lbs prob 17% BF

    congrats on the progress!

    Definitely keeping at it. Bulking till mid April then start the cut for my 1st show in august.
