My rotator cuff surgery was last May. I also had 2 extensive eye surgeries in the last 2 years, one where I had to stay looking at the ground for 3 months.

Yep. 6'4", ~250lbs. I'm going to try get a bodpod done next week whilst I'm in London. I'm around 19-21%bf at a guess. Lets see where I get on this competition, I have much room for improvement!

I've put almost 10lbs on since Xmas. I stopped my Calorie restriction, and since this competition was announced, I stopped altogether with my cutting. I know what works for me now, so I'm going to beast it once we start!
