I agree with this...my opinion is also you have to stay in that weight class. The idea of eating crap for 2 months to come in at 200.5 knowing you will finish well below that seems a bit like cheating in some way. Either be 200+ or be -200! My opinion!

Why??? If your in the over 200 class and you fall under 200 then you are just gonna be much smaller then the other competitors and have much less muscle. Think of it like this someone who is 250 at 8% is gonna blow anyone under 200 unless the 200lb person was like 4-5%bf. that's because the heavier person "if all other aspects are the same" should have more muscle mass which makes the appearance of being more fit. I'm sure ill come in the end of the comp between 6-8% at around 250-260.... I'm really not worried about someone under 200 beating me...

It's a machine that u stand on and it vibrates and makes u squeeze your core and helper muscles to maintain balance. Machines cost about 350. And it is called a workout. Lol

They are all the rage in the uk at the moment.
People have even rented out warehouse space placed 10-15 of these machines in there and marketed them as "gyms"
And people pay for it.
Kind of like a tanning shop with power plates in.

The little fella you see at the gym who tries to draw attention away from his short stature by packing on excessive muscle mass (this generally has an effect opposite of that which was intended). Often waddles around like a muscly lil' meatball.
That manlet may only be 5'5", but I just saw him rep 250 lbs. eight times on the bench! Somebody's overcompensating.

I think Dan, you are probably right.

Unfortunately there are other females who read this forum as guests and posts like this can put them off signing up and being active. I can count less than 10 'active' female members on the whole board. Whilst I appreciate there are far less females interested in this game there should really be more in these boards that we currently have.
