Check out the condition of that arm.................. Lol jk I for some reason think the name and premise of this comp is humorous..... Since its the classic am I already at a disadvantage????.. I couldent make the last comp bc of age.. How am I ever gonna win a classic that starts a week later...??? Classic sounds like its for our "more weathered users"... I wanna start a comp that's called who looks the best.... Always.... Period..... Every time someone makes a request for your pick on the fourm you have to take a quick pic right then.... After a couple.... Weeks, months, years... Whatever.... everyone would clearly see who was pretty much the shitQuote:

I know i mocked it but comps really make me wanna work my a$$ off im competitive ill do a year long comp but if its just to stay the same isnt that going against what we're here for? To improve our bodys to the limit and beyond?
Ya but the point I'm trying to make is ya if I sat around for 20wks took some pics and then got on a 20 week contest prep I could tweak a few things and make it seem like I put on 40lbs of muscle but when you stay conditioned and fit year around regardless the slightest improvement even just a lb a month is astronomical..... I don't know what everyone else's ultimate goal is but I do all of this because I want to always be the very best I can possibly be and in the end "my actual peak" I want to preset the very best looking athlete I can possibly be.Quote:

Yeah, you're not entering, I'm not competing against you;)Quote:

That's why I take the whole month of December off to let my body recover for the year. I put on 5 lbs of muscle and I look like I just did 3-4 cycles when really all I did is change my diet and lift heavy for a month, lol. If anything I gain a little water weight and body fat but it appears it gets stored under my chin and nowhere else, lol. So.. I'm down for whatever in this contest and just gonna do what I can with my bum knee.
Ouch. Tore mine 20 years ago, never rebuilt. I know I'm probably gonna get some early arthritis in it when I'm (even) older. Good luck with it.Quote:

Ah, thanks so much GGR, it was starting to get a little convoluted with all the suggestions and considerations... the judges seem to be experienced in this area so Im sure they will take all things into consideration. Losing the most or gaining the most is not the point in this one, simply overall "best change"
Entry: KP
Class: Open (duh, lets be a little honest)
oh, start date and duration?
March 15 and pretty sure 90 days.Quote:

Still judging the womens side?
Not sure how that is going to work. We have one gal contestant. I wouldn't mind judging the guys. Kelkel is my assistant. :)Quote:

1. Is this going to be a 3 month comp as well?
2. Are the women in a different catagory?
3. Do the women also have to post befores and afters for eveyone to see?
