Ajc330 - I stick with the bread and butter

All workouts pyramid up and not down
    Flat bench - 5 to 6 sets
    Incline bench - 4 sets
    decline bench - 3 sets
Standing Cable Fly or seated cable fly
    Rope Cable Front Raise
I dont use dumb bells at all in chest or shoulder works

thanks, i never beena fan of dumbbells either for chest press, although i feel they are essential to shoulder workouts, but what do you mean by pyramid up and not down?

Ajc330 .....I mean start at a light weight to get the blood flowing and warm up the muscles then go up as high as you can in weight till you are at 2-3 reps....
    IE - when I do flat bench - i start at 135 for like 10, then 225 for 8, 275 for 6, 315 for 5, 350 for 2

I say pyramid because when I started working out people were like go up in weight then come back down in weight
    IE 135, 225, 275. 315, 350, 315, 275, 225

I dont use dumb bells for shoulders ....I stick with one of my favorite work outs.....military press....I do it seated using a military press...I am rocking out 315 (smith machine) for 2 now. All the other shoulder workouts are just small add ons to this one that really kills me.

    ok, i understand now,

and you say military press is ur main exercie for shoulder, i agree that is a very good exercise for your shoulders, but what else do you do for shoulders.. upright rows and shrugs? how do you focus on one out of the three heads at a time?

Yes, military press is my main workout for shoulders...
    then ill do
forward dumbbell raise -Anterior Raises- ( i dont use dumbbells - just an Olympic bar with weight)
side dumbbell raise ( I do use dumbbells here)
    Reverse Machine Flyes
hammer strength - seated shoulder press
    something like this usually

Fvck man. My shoulder would be so done. I don't do very many bar exercises anymore. Have you ever injured either shoulder?

No I have not ever injured either shoulder......I try to listen to my body, IE on the weight I should use, how I am feeling that day.

In 14 years I really not ever injured myself working out. I just tell everyone your body knows best and use the correct form.

You'd have a good career in porn you could lift the girls cooch over your head and dip her down for a lick then press her up again. There has to be a market for that.
