    Friggin ar-r

    I have ordered from them before, a few times. Now when I go to place the order it says "gateway error card declined" or some shit and then I try another card and it says the billing address doesnt match and they are the exact same...wtf really starting to piss me off and only way to contact them is email and I have done that. anyone else having this issue

    We have made changes to our merchant account for a tighter security. Please make sure all the information is correct and matches the billing address on your card account. You may need to call your card issuer as to why this is happening. Unfortunately, our merchant account is unable to find an address for your card. Until then, we will not be able to accept payment from this credit card. Our system is setup to verify a billing address to the account using AVS (Address Verification System). If it cannot detect one, we will not be able to accept payment. It may be that your card issuer does not support AVS. Any pending charges to your account will drop off within 48 hours if they haven't already.

    well guess I will not be ordering from you anymore as I do not have any other cards...awesome

    Yup I had that problem before and was getting pissed off. I even sent a message to admin. I had checked my information atleast a dozen times.

    Turns out it was still my faulf and once I corrected it everything went through fine.

    Yeah I needed to call my CC once and it was fine after, order went through. Forgot what they said it was though.
    I would just call your CC first before getting all pissy.
