Knots!!

Okay this is my fifth cycle so I've had pos injection knots and they go away in a day or two after the first couple weeks or you may get one from pinning weird or etc. always a sterile technique when administering but this past cycle is murdering me!!! Same gear only running test 500 twice a week 1 ml per shot. I've tried splitting into into .5 shots but I still get major knots and soreness to the point I can't walk and it lasts for at least 7 days and eventually goes away at day 10ish. Any help or advice please!

Sorry you havent gotten a reply yet. Alot of times if you arent rotating several spots, this can happen. But a trick that I have learned is this. I like to lay my injection site on a heating pad for a half hour or so. It really seemsto help me. I also use a pvc pipe or rolling pin to help breakdown the scar tissue. DO NOT DO THIS AFTER AN INJECTION. If you are rotating 6 spots or so, do it a couple of weeks after in the spot, or just wait until after cycle and do it daily to all of the spots. Be warned however, it hurts prety bad.

What size needle are you using? Might not be getting in the muscle.

Discomfort is one thing. But if you're getting knots, you're either injected way too fast, you have an unsteady hand while pinning, or you're injecting in fat.

Definitely knots. I've had discomfort that's no biggie. These are crippling knots to were I can barely move my arm or leg

Test 500? damn son. My guess would be the high concentration is responsible for your pip. That or an inferior brewing process. If it were me I'd dilute with more carrier oil, refilter, and pressure cook it. My .02

I've used the 500 for two cycles now lol I've loved it! No problems till now. Asked my bud if he has switched brewers and he had. I'm the only one getting knots though. I've asked the guys I gave it to and they all have no complaint... About ten different people. Maybe I'm just a vag this winter lol

Possibly drop to a test 300 and see if that helps is my next option
