Should be an option for edit right where u click to quote something.

hold down in the space u have written and let go....should give u a list of options edit will be one of them....or touch where ur name is for same functions

If you tap the top of your post by your name it will bring up some option in blue. One of them is edit.

Must be a group setting. Surely Admin will look into it.
