The guy was talking shit and trying to get a reaction out of people.. I happened to glance at bb.com forum yesterday for the first time, and if you take a look at their lounge area, you will see why I have no faith in society anymore.Thats where this comes from I believe.

And just my first reaction would have been "watch your mouth" and him persisting would not have gone over well for him.

This would be a great approach. Like, try flipping it to make the joke on him. Compliment his physique, ask him how he got the guns, etc. all with tongue planted firmly in cheek.
