Angular Cheilitis

I think i got Angular Cheilitis, its very irritating and the corner of my mouth burns whenever i open my mouth to eat, here is a picture of what mine looks like:

Has anyone gotten this before? Its extremely irritating, I've had it for 5 days now and I've read you need to treat it, it won't go away by itself... HELP!!!

Ive had it, it only went away when I left it alone and kept it dry. Do not try to put chap stick on it, it'll keep it from healing.

thats a relief, just got off the phone wit my mother she is a nurse, she says we may have to put bacitracin on my lips etc, does this sound right?

Everything I read suggested to leave it alone and let it dry out. I kept putting shit on it and it stayed for weeks and got worse, it's embarrassing as shit too cause it looked like I had herpes on my face. Once I left it alone and kept it dry it went away in a few days. If I were you I'd try that first and it no difference in 3 days you may want to try topical remedies.
