Didnt feel like posting this in Q&A, most of the people who would know come in here anyways...
If adding muscle mass is not one of the criteria for GH usage, where is the sweet spot for GH dosing and what protocol to use?
I hear so many opinions, 2-3IU/day, EOD, 5 days on, 2 off, everyday for a minimum of 5-6 months...
Where have you guys seen it most effective? Does it need twice a day injections?
