Here's how you can eat one meal a week and still gain. And I DON'T believe in God.
I am more hardcore than you one-meal-a-day jerks. I need at least 3,000 calories daily to maintain what I have. So if i'm bulking, that means I will eat a single 24,500 calorie meal once weekly.
DONE. THAT'S IT. I'm so hardcore I bulk off of one meal a week. Beat that, assholes. Take your one meal a day and get the hell out of here, you are no longer welcome in my presence.
Figured i'd mention that while we're all at it thinking illogically and irrationally in regards to proper nutritional protocols.

Oh, and if i'm going to do a 10 week cycle of 100mg weekly Testosterone Propionate with 400mg weekly of Trenbolone Acetate, I just do a single injection of 1,000mg Testosterone with 4,000mg Trenbolone.
I use this syringe to inject myself:
And yes, I also have the same nurse administer it for me.

Shit, I think I am going to run a 4 week cycle of Methyltrienolone at 1mg/day, so I will just eat all 28mg of Methyltrienolone all at once. That should take care of it for the whole cycle. Convenient administration.

I was thinking of doing Cardio everyday through Jan/Feb/March which would give me 90 cardio sessions, this averages to about 1.7cardio sessions a week for the whole year then.

Daily cardio through 3 months equating to 90 sessions (i'm assuming 45 mins to an hour each)?
I would advise then to perform a solid 67.5 - 90 hours of cardio all at once then. NO REST, NO SLEEP. That should take care of your 3 months of cardio. You should be totally shredded and massive by the end.
