    Ugh..... Keep opinions to yourself!!!!

It's so frustrating living in what I have heard called a "restaurant town". Since my journey I cannot tell you how many times I have heard the question....... " dang, how much weight are you gonna lose? whats your problem? You're gonna waste away."
I tried to explain a couple times that when you need to rebuild the foundation of your house, you don't do it with the walls still up and intact. you have to tear down the house and start over. in other words, I have to lose the fat to develop and show the muscle. Now it is becoming outright annoying. I find myself murdering their facebook timelines with fitness pics and so forth to hopefully be just as annoying to their chili cheese fries worshiping *&^$#$^&*.
Sorry, just frustrated, I'm sure there are plenty of you guys and girls on here who can relate.

I can relate 10000% lmao! I've watched friends start their gym adventure and end all within two months because they don't turn into Conan haha. People are just the same when you're trying to get bigger, tho I'm sure it's allot more common when you're trying to lose weight. People are just jealous

    Rants are good!

It's sad that its become acceptable/normal for people to be an average of borderline obese. Leave them to their corn dogs, chips etc and all their health problems. I wouldn't even dignify them with a response other than you look and feel better than they ever will!

SteM you're right. I don't anymore. I'm satisfied with my journey and feel great and when I go to work at night ( I'm a bouncer at my night job) knowing that I will never be the exploded biscuit can lol

Lol it's crazy. I see women in impeccable shape and it makes me put the pic up in my home gym as something to work for, they see it and try to discourage you. Same for guys, a huge dude or whatever and "oh he's taking something" blah blah blah. And wonder why hover-round sales are skyrocketing lmao

I even had some guy who just always hangs out at the gas station say he liked me better "thick". I was like " oh I'm sorry, I forgot I sleep with you and I cared about your opinion
Oh well I know I'm ranting and not being nice. Just had to vent where it would actually be understood

I can feel youre pain,I lost 65 lbs a few years ago and I had a lot of poeple ask if I was sick or what are you trying to prove etc,etc I am sure you have heard them all.
Worst part was it was my friends who could stand to lose some weight. After I started lifting and getting bigger the same S**t started all over again.

Lol I hear ya. There's one old guy at my gym who's probably in his mid 50's but he's in phenomenal shape, crazy tan and a very good looking wife in her late 40's. there's always some group of young guys who laugh at him for being tanned and ripped. Jealousy at its best lol

Facebook is so bad for that. Keyboard cowboys / girls thinking just because it's on the innerwebs they can and should say something.

yes indeed, a painful reminder of what they are trying to accomplish, what they keep giving up on, or what they are too lazy to convince themselves to get up and go after.

But, it kind of doesn't really work that way when you are eating yourself to a size of a house.

The fitness crowd is a minority for sure.

But, yeah - - - Sure, look good and fit sure sucks < Bitch please. Go eat a greasy pizza.

Scum bag people making those comments actually give me motivation.

You know that old saying the power of DENIAL thats pretty much what all this is. Deny that they have a problem and pretend someone else has a problem. Saves them the trouble of frustration and having to work.

I had a guy friend recently tell me he couldn't see the difference between my chest and his. I have pecs.. he has.. breasts. I asked a girl her opinion on the subject who had seen both of us swimming. Her words "he has the body of an 80 year old man" (hes 30 something). People will deny deny deny all day to avoid having to get off their ass and address a problem.

isn't that the truth.... oh well for them. don't get me wrong, I can appreciate a nice greasy burger like anyone else, but I appreciate the food I eat now more because it benefits me in so many ways.
