If you were banned it wasn't because you advocated one meal a day, that's just foolish and immature to suggest. I would hazard a guess that you weren't productive and only provoked members for you own personal entertainment and to perhaps to somehow validate yourself.

From my experience and observations, Admin and the Staff have the patience of Job. So if you were banned, it was for a VERY good reason.
