Split?
THe shoulder thread just got me wondering on what everyone's personal split looks like. And your reasoning behind it.
Mine is
Sunday- delts followed by a short upper chest
Monday- off
Tuesday- back thickness, triceps, calves
Wednesday- hams first, quads
Thursday- chest biceps
Friday- back width, calves
Saturday- arms
This is mine. Most might say its a little too much but I get way more rest then most. Never less then 8 hours of sleep at night and usually get a nap midday for bout 1.5 hours. And of course eat a lot lol.
Interested to see everyone else's

Sun- chest
Mon- legs
Tues- shoulders/traps
Wed- arms
Thurs- rest
Fri- rest
Sat- usually some touch up. On what ever I feel like.
I also change my rest days up depending on how I'm feeling. Some weeks I split them up. Sometimes I even do 6-7 days in the gym. It all depends on my food intake, and how my body is feeling.

day 1: upper (flat bench, rows, chins, shoulder press, deadlift)
day 2: cardio 90 minutes 60mod/30HIIT
day 3: cardio 90 minutes 60mod/30HIIT/abs
day 4: lower (squat, leg extension, leg curl, standing calves, traps)
day 5: cardio 90 minutes 60mod/30HIIT
day 6: cardio 90 minutes 60mod/30HIIT/abs
repeat.. no days off (ive had 2 days totally off since november 1: thanksgiving, christmas)
why? burn fat man.. to burn fvcking fat!

yeh 60min moderate usually mid day if i can fit it in.. followed by 30mins HIIT in the pm .. sometimes i flip flop them.. both are done fasted both days..
id also like to note ive been doing this (fasted cardio x 2) for my whole cut and have lost no LBM and have not run any extra aas until 3weeks ago when i increased my TRT dose to 200mg per week.
what im learning is LBM getting burned during a cut is not necessarily as easy as u think.. at least for myself. and i have been in single digit bf doing this stuff for 2 months..Last edited by --->>405<<---; 02-02-2013 at 06:58 PM.

thx man.. tbh i do not enjoy cardio either. i do, however, enjoy carrying around body fat less! at this point cardio is more time consuming than effortful (except for the HIIT)
maybe soon man. well i guess soon is not exactly accurate. i go on a cruise at the end of april. i suspect once i have gotten home from that and lost the fat i accumulated on it i will probably run a bulking cycle. thinking june.. maybe blast june into mid august, then cruise aug thru october, then blast nov thru dec, then cut feb thru april.. or something like this is my idea. 2 bulks and a cut in a year all run with aas..
