In regards to the manager, read my earlier posts. For that fat pig of a woman... she deserved my comment for snarling at me. The tone in her voice was anger towards me because she's a fat pig that can't stand up to get her own heart attack in a cup. Its not my fault she's fat; that's her fault. I saw what she ordered and even if she does have some type of genetic condition- a 10,000 calorie meal wasn't helping her. More than likely- she's just a fat pig whom is a burden on society.

I'm not worried about growing old alone.... that's what 19 year old hookers are for and I absolutely intend to have a whole bunch of them on speed dial when I'm 70 along with a case of Viagra on hand.

I don't usually post too much but I do read and u guys are hilarious. Better than other forums I'm a member of.
1) I agree with u Dan, though I would've handled it a little different especially with the manager. But she had nobusiness talkin bout your morals, I would've given her an earrful too just maybe not tell her to f off. But if anything u told that obese woman what she needed to hear imo.
2) my sister has bad thyroids and she keeps her weight in check, and she is only like 5' ft. So thyroid problems in no excuse to stuff ur face, be lazy and get morbidly obese.

I think most of us we can relate with Dan and even if we would not have done the same thing we would have wanted too or say something.

Sure there is always that very slim chance that she actually had some type of thyroid problem but more than likely it's just many years of abuse and overeating and put her in the situation where she's at.

The real problem is society and government views this now as a disease and it's no longer the individuals responsibility to be healthy and it's always someone else's fault. The cops were wrong also as well as the manager and should have just walked away.

The cops like most bullies just wanted to prove further that they can get away with things that we cannot and only further put a further gap between the law abiding citizens and the power of the corrupt legal system.

The lady didn't have a disease or medical condition. The amount of food proves it in my mind. You almost have to be trying to get as fat as she sounded from dans original post. I think she was just an asshole. I probably would have simply ignored her but can't blame dan for being pissed off at her

Dan simple deal, cops show up at resturant and talk to manager then walk up to you and ask what happened. You should have explained in detail exactly what did happen, once you divert from that and ask why the cop is 10 times more likely to believe what he has heard you said/did.

Keep in mind the cop has already been dispatched to the location with some kind of complaint against you, and has no choice but to investigate. . Now he asks you what happened, but since you feel you did no wrong you don't answer...big mistake! Since you don't slowly and consicely explain it....you are now dead in the water as you clearly look like the guilty party. No amount of back pedaling is likely to get the cop to believe you are not exxagerating your story.

This is psycology 101 add to it that two women say you were acting threatening to them and its a good thing you did not wind up getting arrested.

Not passing judgement at all just pointing out the consequences of your actions with the outcome with the police.

Yes she said something to you first. But we all see how you are on here. You had to run your mouth to her and then to the manager, And what a shock they were both women. Aside from the fact she ordered half the menu, I am sure she has health issues. But her main issue is most likely excessive eating. The manager had no right to interfere with the situation.
