You build yourself up and start mass producing.

Cops break down your door and find 500 vials of fake test. There isn't any illegal drugs at all in your house. Just oil in a vial marked as test.

How much legal trouble would you be in?

I'm not sure how this works, but i remember years ago, a schoolmate was selling a green leafy substance and got busted. come to find out, it wasn't the illegal variety, and so they had to let him go.

Everyone saying he would go to jail I highly doubt that. If all the substance is is oil there is no way he could be imprisoned. They have to test the substance being sold when he goes to trial to prove charges. With a good lawyer I doubt anything would happen. Synthol is legal as long as its termed posing oil on the labeling, so if your "test" youre selling was simply labeled oil then mabye youd have even a great fighting chance.

well if your trying to sell it as a ugl and have test and deca are you going to make labels that just say oil?

so if your vials say test 250. deca 300, which they would if your planning what the OP is yes you would get in trouble. Now jail time would matter if you had a previous record and how much you had on you.

And i know someone who got caught selling counterfeit gear. so its not speculation on my part

Even then its just a label, physically speaking there is NO ILLEGAL chemicals that would be sold thus any pending charges would be dropped as they could not prosecute you when the tests come up negative.

I just dont see how any charges could stand in court when there is nothing they can prove since everything confiscated would be plain old oil..... which is legal

Only reason I was asking was that I knew a guy who just got out of jail for 7 years for selling AAS and other illicit drugs that can't be mentioned on this board. He was known to sell bunk gear and that just got me thinking about this question and legal trouble,etc.
