Lunk if your cylinder heads are alloy get them skimmed if there cast they will be good to go

My cars never see a shop(except a alignment or tires).
Mechanics get paid 1/3rd of shop rate on the flat rate hour.
It works into a 3 part equation, mechanic pay + all fees and costs = 33.3-% is what the shop makes.
Been looking into opening a independent shop a bit, just the start up costs are insane.
