Bladerunner found with steriods possible "Roid Rage"

Here we go again. The media loves this garbage.


Illegal steroids and a bloody cricket bat were reportedly found in the South African home where so-called “Bladerunner” Oscar Pistorius allegedly gunned down his model girlfriend.

The paralympic athlete will be tested for the banned drug, possibly in anticipation of a possible defense claim that Pistorius acted in “roid rage.”

Ahh... Shooting a woman through a bathroom door and claiming self defense ( "I thought she was an intruder!!") sure sounds like the actions of a man fueled by uncontrollable, drug induced rage.

What really perturbs me about this is that they'll call damn near anything a "steroid ". The dude could have had a mountain of amphetamines and they'll call them "steroids ".

Exactly. You know it's like 99% of these guys who do this stuff including the mass murders are on psych meds?

He is a double amputee, it's more than likely he his on some form of HRT and that is what they are calling STEROIDS .... They don't care if it's prescription or not, they will take any opportunity to use it in bad context.

I dont think he intended to kill her just scare the shit out of her. I'd like to see him get life unless the family wants the death penalty in which case Id be willing to throw that at him. The only person who really knows what happened is him. One of my friends made a good point - she had locked herself in the bathroom and he can't kick the door open. Probably made him mad as hell and have to wonder was he trying to shoot the door open or something.

Didn't realize it was that violent. I'm definitely for the death penalty. His bs story about someone breaking in is so laughable. Hoping theres enough forensics to give him the dirt nap.

Of course they're blaming steroids , that's what we do now...when something bad happens we always look for something or someone else to blame rather than holding people themselves accountable for their actions. Steroids are such an easy target for the media being that most people have absolutely no idea what they are.
