No, I did chicken the other night. Had it going on the stove, it was cooked, turned it down getting ready to add seasoning and my fvcking dog ate the entire pan, like 2-3 lbs of chicken. He had one cold sleep outside that night.
Im definately going to give it a go though.
Shol'vas Chicken recipe...
Bring chicken of choice home
Add ruffies to his drink..
Wait for pills to take effect..
Enjoy.....
Get a Wok! When baked chicken gets boring I always like doing some stir fry. Cut up uncooked skinless boneless breast, heat up a tablespoon of EVOO. Cook up the chicken and add some broccoli or asparagus or some spinach... Or all 3. Put that on some brown rice with Sriracha and you'll be good.
Also, if you make some guac- 1 avocado, 1/2 juice from a lime, cilantro, 1/2 red onion. Mix that in w/ your brown rice and put some chicken or stir fry on that it is amazing!
I like ground turkey fried up, with allspice, pine nuts, almond slivers and eggs then add in rice and mix
Man I cooked up my chicken stir fry style with oyster sauce broc brn rice peppers.I ate half he worked out.Mean while my wife ate my sh1t! Do you believe that! I had to settle for a tuna sammi![]()
For rice, instead of using water, use chicken broth, garlic and onion. If you want a little heat (I love spicy food), throw in some cayenne pepper to.
For the chicken, get one of those "Set it and forget it" rotissary ovens. You can use a pepper corn rub on it and make some chicken gravy to cover the chicken and rice with
or you can use a good sugar-free BBQ sauce.
I like this one:

And Euroholic, eating can be a real pleasurable experience. Don't deny yourself the simple pleasures in life. You can meet your macros AND enjoy mealtime in the process.
