I haven't been active on this forum in a VERY long time. Life has gotten complicated for me and I've had to reorganize my priorities. What's been going on lately around here?

On a personal note, does anyone on here have experience waiting tables in a brazilian Steakhouse? I just got a job at one and am nervous. I've gone through training and all, but this will be my first night without someone holding my hand.
