Because ur body senses that you aren't getting any. Your body adapts to the lack of carbs. But like I said earlier, u have to ween urself off the carbs slowly. I still eat trace amounts of carbs here and there the through the day (always less the 10g in a single meal if it has carbs, but usually around 5) and then I have a high glycemic carb post workout with protein.

I'm the same way when it comes to the treadmill, bike or most anything inside that is cardio for more than 10 minutes. It's just to boring. maybe it's my ADD. I use to sweat a LOT when working out but my workouts are not that intense since my shoulder surgery. Ill get back there but it's still going to take a while.

I use to run/jog a lot and loved it. I could jog for 1hr+ easily but that is because you have the scenery to look at and my mind wonders a lot making it easy. Only problem the weather here sucks and I am a fair weather jogger; or use to be.

Perfect! So you are doing IF? I thyouink ill go that route. At least try it for the time being. I like tinkering with different things to see what works and don't. That's part of the fun!
I also do in fact have a high metabolism. I am not getting really fat, I'm just getting a bit soft due to the calorie surplus. Of course that is fat, but it isnt anything major. I'm just putting on more than I intended too. I don't mind being 12 or 13, but right now I'm sitting at 15-16 id say. So being 185ish lbs, there isn't very much ill have to lose. That's why I'm getting you guys expert advice on how to quickly lose a few percent over the next month. I have the willpower and that wont be a problem ill do what is necessary in order to do this, cardio (eeshh), stims, diet, anything. After the vacation, ill be ok with a little higher BF, but I'm hoping to keep it controlled.

It's usually about 15 high glycemic. I usually take a handful of chocolate covered almonds, has like 15g sugar, 3g dietary fat, and 2g regular? Lol idk what the other two are lol! But because I eat high fats and cals I eat a few servings of nuts and almond butter throughout the day and they have some carbs but a lot of omega's. I do eat some dairy too, mainly cheese that has 0 sugar but like 1 carb (pepper jack, prolly where the carbs come from) but that could explain my bloat if ur saw my bf thread lol.

Real quick, would low cable rows at a light weight and doing super high reps be considered decent cardio if I stayed consistant at 10 minute intervals? I'm just bouncing ideas out there to keep from getting borded with a routine.

Not anymore, I did IF for cutting, and it worked great. But being that I'm trying to put on as much mass as I can I'm constantly feeding. Just trying to keep the bf in check. And i feel I'm carb sensitive more so then fat sensitive. But yeah man, tinker away, that's how u find what works for u!

Be careful because you can over train and work the fast twitch muscle to much. Better to work larger muscles such as legs, walking, running to do cardio IMO

That being said anything that keeps your heart rate up to 75% or higher for 15+ minutes is good and you are sweating. Hell just use some tren, you will sweat just thinking about working out. lol

Hmmm not sure if I'm saying that right about fast twitch muscles. It made more sense when I was thinking it. lol

I'm 61 and what is my metab doing now ??? but I told you, if you paid attention to my post This IS WORKING for me and should work for you. This is not rocket science here, regarding this matter. So that's my in put. And again it is quite simple, not complicated. I's mostly about the water for the look as lean as you are. ...crazy crazy mike

I have a really high resting heart rate anyways, probably why my metabolism is so high. Resting is around 90 bpm. Ive just started beta blockers due to the heart rate effecting my sleep.
But you are saying that I need to hit my target heart rate and after it is achieved, keep going for 15 minutes minimum after the target is reached?

Anything that raises ur heart rate into a "cardio zone" is cardio. Do it for extended periods of time, cardio session....I prefer fvckin!

Jezzz well that's great. In my OP again it's like just before the few month or so out from a show. Eat the carbs for energy and and your protein muscle mass. Cut out some dairy and relieve the water. You know all the ways to do that. Sweat the water out, and drink as much water as you can. Keeping your system clean. With out the fat carbs, sugar etc.. and the dairy, I repeat you'll stay and get a harder look when the water sheds. My abs didn't come out in my show in 86' until two weeks out. Then the last week they just exploded..It was water, I tell you Fvckin water. AND I TELL YOU it is happening again for me as I stay in a building mass mode...crazy mike

^^ yeh i was thinking today i am holding alot of water! I pit a lot of salt on my beef and i ate 2lbs of beef today.. I eat about 2 lbs of beef everyday! LOL.. And salt on it everyday! Plus hot sauce. Plus low sugar ketchup, and cereal.. Of course the carbs i eat eod or e3 days.. I do drink a lot of water on days i fast and dont eat carbs..

I know how to deplete and then run a dry carb load to suck the water out from under the skin.. Maybe ill try it sometime soon.. Carb loads are fun! Especially when u get 1300g carbs !!

Hey I hate cardio, or I used to. Jog huh Fvck everyone on that one I hate that, tread mill, what's that ? , I just got into the bike, the regular basic bike at the gym with no special program. I put my gal of water up there and my earphones on and a towel over my head and rock. I mean I rock out and I'm under this towel. I can't see anyone or care what they see. Yep there's that old crazy man just dong his thing over there,.. He must be weird , huh, KI just rock on and the time flies and I sweat, and the more i sweat I like it. And I rock on...That's the only way I can stand to do cardio....crazy mike

Do it then...I just meant the junk, the sugar etc.. I can't teach you diet. You know enough to make the clean choices.

Yeah I couldn't remember if it was a quarter or dollar. They did the same in the 60s.

Ok, back on target here.. I just got my albut in today, plan to start tommorrow. Wont use clen ever again. Albut seems the safest to me. Upon waking ill take 6mgs and at noon, ill take 6mg as more and 1 gram of keto before bet. Is this going to be good enough to assist me into dropping 2 or 3 percent over the next 30 days? I wanted the t3 but was scared of it. I'm doing intense cardio for me. 4-5mph on a STEEP incline for 25 minutes
Says I burn 400 calories. its juvenile to may, but I got to start somewhere. My cheat meals are pretty ridiculous.
