    getting BF down a touch

I figured this thead would be best for the lounge since it basic and really a moronic post on my part because I should know myself.
Anyways, I'm still trying to bulk, but with vacation coming up the April 5th, id like to cut a little bf in order to lookore defined for the beach. I don't really want to cut my macros down during a bulk, so I'm looking for other options. I suck at cardio, but am starting tommorrow going 3x a week. Probanly will start at 15 minutes on a treadmill to build up my tolerance.
I'm also thinking of adding albuterol and or T3. I can handle clen, and I have hypertension, which is controlled, but albut seems the "safest" possibly along with t3. I'm not wanting to go the ECA stack right now, as my beta blocker lessens the effects greatly. I imagine it will do the same with albuterol, but possibly not with the t3.
Thanks for the read. Keep in mind I'm still bulking, but I know y'all understand what I'm saying by dropping a few % in the meantime. Thanks again!

Drop carbs down to non-existent or as much as possible. Increase protein intake to every 2 hours. Eat something like Chobani Greek Yogurt or 4 hard boiled egg whites.

    For cardio, try this:

Grab a plate (25-45 lbs whatever you can do). Get on treadmill and set angle to 70% of max. Set the speed to a fast walk of 3-5 mph. Take the plate and hold it over your head for 1 min and then drop it straight in front of you (arms out) for 30 seconds, then back up over head for 1 min, then back down straight in front of you for 30 seconds... repeat for 10 min. Adjust plate weight accordingly. Next week increase angle another 10%.

Leave the Albuterol, T3, clen, etc. alone....

Mate, no offence, but if you can't last more than 15 minutes on a treadmill, even at 65-70% MHR, then you are more out of shape than my 95 year old grandmother.

Id suggest you Do 30-40 minutes cardio post lifting 4 x per week and drop your cals to approx maintenance level.

No mate, post it back up. I thinks he's after a few ideas. Just because its what I'd do doesn't make it right for somebody else.

Personally I love clen, it does great things for me in term of fat loss. But it isn't for everyone and everyone needs to be aware of the potential dangers of its use.

I was just giving a compound free point if view.

Nice. So should carbs be held out for days, orbthe whole duration? And should I cut out dairy after breakfast? I'm going t try that plate walk. That sounds pretty good (if you're not pulling my leg )

I was going to suggest that if warmouth was on cycle, the T3/clen combo (or perhaps even T3 alone) would help accelerate him toward his goals. Thanks BIB

Yea- cut carbs down to minimal amounts for the whole duration. Don't worry about dairy... just get protein up and carbs down.

The plate walk works.... try it... harder than it sounds. I hate cardio so that's what I do at the gym for warm up every time I'm there.

Thanks guys! I'm definitley going to do the plate walk. Does cutting carbs out hinder energy? That was one of the reasons I was thinking of a stim. Ive never cut carbs too much, but I do keep glucose tabs on hand incase of a hypoglycemic episode. But to answer odin, I'm on trt and 450mgs of deca at the moment.

Uhm... nevermind. Yes cutting carbs hinders energy but the increased protein will help.

Right now I'm in a 600 cal surplus with 48g carbs. I have loads of energy in the gym and gaining minimal bf. Pick up ur fats, but make sure they're poly and mono. Lower ur carbs slowly and raise ur fats as u lower them. You'll become what's called fat adapted.

Yup. Total cals is 3300-3400, 50p/8c/42f roughly +/- 2 or 3% on the carbs and fat depending on what I eat that day

I hate cardo as well. But I must

  17. #17
Why don't you just keep your cals up and start hitting cardio hard. Best way to lose bf and maintain LBM IMO is eat to feed muscle and use cardio to create deficit and drop body fat.

Idk your exact situation but just going by your posts that I remember, its hard to believe someone with cholesterol and cv issues doesn't do any cardio would be looking at stims to cut bf. Bulking or not.

Fasting broke me throught to the next nevel. Also walking not jugging/running at a incline for 30-45mins does wonders for me.

Thanks. That's the thing right now. I'm going to post it once I get back in town, but my BW the last 2 months have been amazing. Lipids are considered high still, but my doc is perfectly fine with it, as I have managed to go from 400 total cholesterol to 200 in 4 months!

Ive been thinking about IF for a while. I could easily do this, and it would actually fit my schedule much better to eat from say noon till 8pm. I usually eat most of my macros after 5pm anyways. Ive thought about trying to cut back after dinner, and even eliminate dairy after breakfast. But I could easily eat in an 8 hour period startig at noon.

And tron, the fats and carbs is insane! I thought that'd be counterproductive. My problem, I thought, was eating too much fat. Ive been lowering it and upping the carbs trying to dial everything in. May have to give this a shot if more feedback comes through here. I have low blood sugar problems if I'm not eating sugars at certain times, but I could split more complex carbs throughout. All of this is good stuff to ponder on.

Depends on where I'm posting.... and what the subject is. I'll post serious responses if/when they are necessary. Do you think I'm joking in this thread... I'm not. I gave OP the best advice I can based on what I know. Now if you wanna start a thread about boobies... you're gonna get different responses. You said you hate cardio- so do I. I've found other things to do than basic cardio. I shared... don't like it... okay... fvck off and go do your thing.

Not true... I can only comment on my opinion based on what I know. What I know comes from the school of hard knocks as well as a lot of research on my part for MYSELF. I share what I know and if it helps others; fine. If it doesn't... not my fault... its the internet and I can only help where I can. When I spend my time/effort in attempts to help others; I don't intend on getting a punch thrown my way for it. If you throw a punch at me; expect one back and I hit very fvcking hard.

Bro, we aren't sparring here. I've noticed you frame a lot of your comments in terms of fighting. What is up with that? Like you said, "its the internet"....not a squared circle.

I would get low blood sugar too, me and 405 had a talk about it once, and after I started doing IF and dropping carbs they low blood sugar bouts slowly started fading, especially after a hard exercise. I hadn't had one since and my intensity has gone up in the gym. I think it's because your body uses the fats as energy so you maintain a constant level of glucose. Because ur body senses that you aren't getting any. Your body adapts to the lack of carbs. But like I said earlier, u have to ween urself off the carbs slowly. I still eat trace amounts of carbs here and there the through the day (always less the 10g in a single meal if it has carbs, but usually around 5) and then I have a high glycemic carb post workout with protein.
