ahhhhh. I just logged on to see how that was going. Seems it must have ended well.

PS I'm up 165lbs since I included 1 cup of salt to every meal and increased my dbol to 300mg

I use road salt for more potency. And sweet dbol dose! Are you chewin the pills for faster absorbtion?

Sometimes I just take an auger bit and ream out a hole in my delts, and stick a garden hose in the hole and pump everything in at once. Little messy, but works great
