    KID ROCK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Great concert in Greensboro last night! Me and the wife got in about 2:30 this morning.

    For a forty something dude.............he really gets around a stage...........

    On stage for 2 hours straight, and never stoped moving! Now thats CARDIO!!!

    I remember watching Steven Tyler doing back flips all night on stage into his forties..........

    but the real kudos go to Keith Richards.....

    ......he only needs minimal assistance with a wheel chair to get on stage! =)
