people who are ripped while eating a diet of pizza & burgers annoy the shit outta me!
These people eat nothing but French fries and chocolate cookies, don't do much exercise but some how are ripped, (if you are one of these people, no offense but I hate you lol) all the while I am working my ass off, starving my ass for the same results. This shit is wrong WHOS WITH ME?

Why would you hate them? Whould you hate a women for being good looking? Adriana lima? french fries and burgers and pizza are not good food to much fat and salt. Imagine what there heart and arteries is like after eating these foods.
You can eat these foods if you put the work in to burn off the calories. I remember seeing a video about a swimmer who eats like 4 pizzas before a swim.

My wife is like this. Kinda pisses me off she drinks more sugar in 1 cup of coffee than I eat in a week.Cookies, chips, soda whatever she wants and still prob carries less bf than most women. If I ate like that I would be as big as a house. The bright side is all my fat turns to penis at midnight!!!

I'm like this can eat whatever I want but here in lies the problem.
Bulking is incredibly hard because of this.
So from my perspective I'm jealous of the guys who can add mass easily.
It takes LOTS of hard work and LOTS of food to gain mass for me. And if I don't keep up the insane food intake it melts away sooo fast.
I'm down 12lbs since my shoulder injury in November.

I'm SO jealous of people who can do this!
I also can't understand how some people just don't care for food. I can't go 10 mins without thinking about it!

I eat everything and have a hard time putting on weight. I have hyperthyroidism however never actually diagnosed. Consider yourself almost lucky. I train my balls off.

Pretty good I just started lifting LIGHT weight to trying and test it. Its still a lil sore every now then. I figure a couple more weeks and I should be good to go.
Then its go time.
Thanks again to Times Roman's TB 500 thread. I feel TB-500 really helped in the healing process.

Yeah its different for the ladies.
But if you think like this .
It took me 2 years to gain around 35lbs of muscle.
That's 2yrs of going to the gym 4 days a week and eating 700cal meals every 3 hours everyday.
Where's as I think it would be pretty easy to lose 35lbs in 2yrs time.
Or am I looking at it the wrong way?
I understand for some its tough to lose weight. (Being I don't have that problem)
Wouldn't it be as simple as cutting cals and high cardio?
Please school me if I'm wrong I'm always open to learn.

Oh to be young again....
I use to be able to drink all day/night and kill some Taco Bell or gyros before bed and wake up looking shredded
Now I drink 6 beers and wake up with a face like a Goodyear blimp and a 2 day hangover

Met a guy once, he was a male stripper. Ate garbage at least 3-5x a week. I was just asking myself "how in the fvck is it possible".

I was the same way. I could eat whatever I wanted and never get fat from it. It made building muscle kind of difficult, especially when I'd eat more than some of my friends who were just getting swole.
Then I hit my 30's and well, I started putting a little bit of fat on when I was bulking. I can still easily drop weight without even doing any cardio, but I have to eat cleaner now though otherwise I'll put on some flab in my lower abs.
