    best body competition

    Who have you guys seen that you think is perfection in a physique? Male or female.

    My vote goes to flex Wheeler for bodybuilding and Gregg plitt as far as someone who's just ridiculously fit.

    Plitt for me. And dana linn bailey for the woman. There is so many womens physiques that I like, its hard to post just 1.

    It wouldn't matter to me, I'm 5'10 myself. He still has elite tier genetics and is a phenomenal inspiration. I'm sure we both wish kids my age would look up to him rather than that Zyzz f*cker. Lol

    Jeff Seid has an incredible physique but his personality and mentality are lackluster. He tries extremely hard to model himself after Zyzz and it's pathetic. If he had a mindset like Plitt I'm sure he'd be the world's top fitness model.
