    Cycle my coach recommended-ready to turn pro

    Week 1-8 sausages

    Week 9-16 chicken/ green beans

    Week 17-24 sausages

    I'm ready to get my pro card and my coach says this will get me there

    Btw no pics bc I don't have a camera

    looks like a C&B using sausage, remember to up your sausage dosage to maintain gains, maybe switch to leaner franks for the last 2 weeks before comp... whats your PCT look like? Might want to incorporate some Peptos, but otherwise gtg...

    That's what I was thinking, peptos for ai and pct would be honey roasted ham and pulled pork.

    i would front load the sausages weeks 1-4

    don't know what peptos are, but i heard that ketchup is and excellent choice for an AI, 5-10g ED, adjust as needed.

    Maybe add a little English mustard to spice things up and get pct moving forward quicker

    I would extend your sausages to 10 weeks and have them overlap the start of the chicken and start the sausages again at 15 weeks. No need for green beans at your level.

    I'd throw in some whole grain as well as English mustard for 2 weeks PCT. then you can jump straight back on cycle as soon as you like.

    Agreed. I would add that PCT starts 2 hours after last sausage.

    Don't forget to run cholesterol labs after 6 weeks. If your LDL isn't through the roof you will need to add 200-300 grams of cream cheese per meal along with 3-4 bowls of ice cream.

    Keep in mind you'll need to start eating 5-10 chocolate bars a day 3 weeks out from your comp as its good for the skin. If you don't wanna run such a harsh compound for so long you can front load the chocolate bars 10 days out at 13.3 bars/day.

    Let me know if you need any help with your macros, I used to work at a buffet so I know a lot about food.

    hey man does anyone know where i can get some good italian sausage?? also theres a lot of fake chicken going around on this side of the pond.. u think u could hook me up with a chicken source too? lets make this quick though so i can delete this post cuz im not supposed to be asking for poultry sources on here.. this isnt a poultry sourcing board u know.. we gotta keep a close eye out for the FDA!

    IMO you are too young for a sausage cycle. You stand a chance to permanently suppress your porkathalamus, which will no doubt put you on PRT (pork replacement therapy) for life!

    This is a sausage board and he came here for help. He's going to do it anyway. So why not tell him how to use sausage properly? I started doing sausage when I was 8 and have no sides at all. If your not going to help him tell him to use turkey bacon.

    Im really tired of newbs coming in here wanting to pork cycle and they have no athletic ability or conditioning I mean at a minimum you should be able to ghost ride your whip to get on the sausage

    youre right, maybe I should stick to a poultry cycle until I have more experience. My buddy suggested a beef cycle, but I was like wtf thats for very advanced users. He said he did a beef only cycle when he was 20.

    I thought cool-aid and PB&J sangwiches was the best pct? I am soooo screwed I will prob need PRT for sure now huh??? I only ran pork for the last 20 weeks of my 48 week poultry cycle, so maybe Ill be ok.

    I believe DSM had a sticky about sausage being more effective if injected directly between the glutes! If you pull it out and push it back in quickly and repeatedly it has the best chance of the fuid getting in deep!

    I'm starting to think you are right...nothing beats injecting the sausage! I may follow your technique. Do you still prefer to bend at the knees and grab your ankles before getting the injection or do you just take it standing up??
