I`m 29 now and I started at 13 years old so 16 years now.
Since weights were ropes attached to big rocks.
I was going to say "I started when they were just big rocks", but seeing as how you're twice my age it didn't seem appropriate lolOriginally Posted by lovbyts

On and off since 15, so almost 15 years. Seriously for 4 years, peaked at 204, 12%. The last 2 years I've been pretty bad though, almost no training do to working in the middle of nowhere in camp.
20 years or so. When i was 14-15 wrestling is when i really got into it
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong
Almost 9 years. Messed around with it in high school but nothing consistent til I was mid/late 20's.
Wished I'd started earlier.....
On and off (mostly off) for 22 years! Much more serious the last 6-7 years!
Off and on for 14 years. I think in my case the worst (and best) part is realizing I have so much more potential. Need to stop drinking first though..
I'm 20, been lifting since I was 11
Damn, i'm getting old. Started in HS for football at 14 and kept w/it til 21. Picked back up at 24 - 34. Got back at 37-44 where i am now. so, that adds up to....25 years. Started AAS at 27 and haven't been sober since.
started lifting in 1977...
Well after I poured the vodka out I had to drive to my house from my girlfriends to mine and I debated stopping by the liquor store thats on the way that I was going to pass by anyway to get more vodka so I know I have a serious problem. I think I can beat it with AA I have controlled it before appreciate your support.
A long time with a long lay off!
On and off since I was 15, so 24 yrs
Well, I started seriously training when I was 15, so almost 18 years now. But, my dad used to drag me in with him as young as 12.
