I usually would take it pre-workout. But as today is non workout. I took it earlier to stop any interruptions to sleep.
600mg / day seems fine. I was just curious how far I could take it.

Feeling good, diet has been pretty spot on this week. I had a really intense back session yesterday that left me sitting on the gym floor for 20 minutes before I could leave. Weirdly my triceps started aching this morning, I havent trained them since Monday!
Judging by the other thread about who'll win, I've realised I'm no ones favourite. This is major motivation to do some damage and pull it out of the bag. Game on.

Made some changes to the diet this week, I wasnt happy with the way I was feeling. Feeling strong overall though, I legpressed 320kg (705lbs) for 10 last night, when I got home I could barely climb the stairs!

Recovering from a bout of the worst food poisoning ever. As some if you might have seen my 'drunken antics' thread, I was out in Kingston we hit up some German restaurant. I woke up the next day with uncontrollable projectile vomiting and horrendous diarrhoea. Today is the first day I've been able to keep anything down properly!
I've been slack on my log, but I promise to catch up on it. Training has been going pretty well and good progress.

Hey GGR, I missed this post! It took me practically all week to shake the damn thing. Just had this feeling of 'sickness' without any real side effects after the initial bout of food poisoning. I guess my body was playing catch-up with whatever I was missing.
Updated this weeks log. Again nothing urgent or important to reveal, I am still going to keep pictures to myself until final week. I must say I am pretty impressed with some of my competition, they're doing bloody well!
