We don't have pub watch anymoreOriginally Posted by krugerr
I have to remember faces as best I can now.
I lost 6 front teeth when I was 20 and got hit in the mouth with a bud bottle
Ah, Basingstoke is really hot on pub watch, we have 13 bars/pubs in the town centre. We have a permanent police presence patrolling the town during Friday/Saturday night. We have town-watch that are sat in a CCTV room watching everything.Originally Posted by panntastic
See I've only ever worked in rural areas or on outskirts of towns where pub watch wouldn't be feasible due to the long walk between venues for customers.Originally Posted by krugerr

Our club has so many damn cameras we have to be careful, plus the police presence.
If its anything like past places I've worked when we had towie stars etc the lads think its going to be full of birds so they all flock to the clubs and normally sausage fest lolOriginally Posted by krugerr
Don't say that, I was hoping for a hot pvssy fest! We had that Holly from towie come to my old club, but she looked so slutty like the rest of the patrons that noone recognised her!Originally Posted by panntastic
The worst one we had was a fat lad from towie nobody knew and 2 eastenders stars that nobody turned up to see.Originally Posted by krugerr

I was just thinking what's that damn thing under your shirt. I don't have a proper covert vest. I do need to get one.Originally Posted by panntastic

That things a pain in the ass its am inch thick solid Kevlar and has very little flex but its come in handy so many times
I've got a covert stab/bullet proof vest, but it was my old mans from the early 90's, it's heavy as **** and uncomfy. I wear it only when I'm on the front door in winter, or if we have a big R&B night.Originally Posted by panntastic
Hour cardio done this morning on my new spinning bike, watching 'Withnail & I'. Anyone seen it before? Really funny movie
Who's in it?Originally Posted by krugerr
Richard E grant. (1987) it's fvcking hilarious. Really recommend a watch if you get time.Originally Posted by panntastic
Curious, we all know fasted cardio is best for fat burning. How many hours constitutes fasted? It's never really been said, anywhere that I have read, how many hours since you last ate you need to be before you can consider yourself 'fasted' enough for fasted cardio.
Just something I pondered during my morning cycle.
This has passed through my head several times aswellOriginally Posted by krugerr
It would be easier for me to do my cardio in the late evenings when kids are in bed but obviously I also eat in the evenings
But if there was a time frame available that would be good
Morning Krug
How goes the cardio?
Hey Smurfette, yea it's going good thanks buddy. How's your log going?Originally Posted by Papa Smurf

Sweet dude. I'm thinking I want to go work for with AWE or BAE Systems.Originally Posted by panntastic
BAE is a tricky number to get but if you do that's awesomeOriginally Posted by krugerr
I did a lot of work with their land systems team doing the minestrike kits on the forces armoured vehicles that was a good gig
They've been actively headhunting a few of my ex-military buddies, we were all Marine Engineers, albeit they served a few years more than me and so, have more knowledge. It's not what you know, but who you know. I'm making sure to keep good relations now with the guys, just in case they have any weight in a couple years!Originally Posted by panntastic
BAE is where I would ideally like to end up, but AWE is very close.
BAE land systems is just down road from me I still know a load of lads down there
I really hope you get it mate you will be set for life with them
