Ouch buddy! I broke a guys eye socket last year when he took a swing at me. Then we put him on pubwatch, it makes me chuckle every weekend when I see his bashed up face on the list

We don't have pub watch anymore
I have to remember faces as best I can now.
I lost 6 front teeth when I was 20 and got hit in the mouth with a bud bottle

Ah, Basingstoke is really hot on pub watch, we have 13 bars/pubs in the town centre. We have a permanent police presence patrolling the town during Friday/Saturday night. We have town-watch that are sat in a CCTV room watching everything.

See I've only ever worked in rural areas or on outskirts of towns where pub watch wouldn't be feasible due to the long walk between venues for customers.
It was trialled but nothing came from it

I worked at a pub like that in Farnham, but it was full of local students, no real trouble ever. Quite an easy gig except the owner was an asshat. I do like the fact that we have so much in a small area... the only problem is that big brother is always watching.

I was just thinking what's that damn thing under your shirt. I don't have a proper covert vest. I do need to get one.
We had one of the gangster brothers come to my place and it was almost empty!

I've got a covert stab/bullet proof vest, but it was my old mans from the early 90's, it's heavy as **** and uncomfy. I wear it only when I'm on the front door in winter, or if we have a big R&B night.

Curious, we all know fasted cardio is best for fat burning. How many hours constitutes fasted? It's never really been said, anywhere that I have read, how many hours since you last ate you need to be before you can consider yourself 'fasted' enough for fasted cardio.

Just something I pondered during my morning cycle.

This has passed through my head several times aswell
It would be easier for me to do my cardio in the late evenings when kids are in bed but obviously I also eat in the evenings
But if there was a time frame available that would be good

BAE is a tricky number to get but if you do that's awesome
I did a lot of work with their land systems team doing the minestrike kits on the forces armoured vehicles that was a good gig

They've been actively headhunting a few of my ex-military buddies, we were all Marine Engineers, albeit they served a few years more than me and so, have more knowledge. It's not what you know, but who you know. I'm making sure to keep good relations now with the guys, just in case they have any weight in a couple years!
BAE is where I would ideally like to end up, but AWE is very close.
