Lovbyts Week 1
Starting weight 180 lbs
My plan is to stick to the basics. Clean bulk for 60 days then diet/cut for 30 to do a body re-composition.
Working on getting back to my 2010 stats and then onward and upward to match my AV or better.

Day 1 worked legs. Best leg workout I have had in a LONG time. felt like puking before I got done. Had to hold the hand rail to go down the stairs and going back up was WEIRD feeling. Still sweating 30 minutes after my shower. lol
Day 2 worked Biceps for a whole 30 minutes. It was all I could do to get to the gym after being up for 43hrs and counting? Yeah I know not good. I'm going home in a while to sleep. Hope to make it to the gym later today again.
