OLCC (Oregon Liquor Commission) got a search warrant and searched my room. HELP!

Basically the OLCC with two officers in an unmarked car came with a warrant searching the premises for any electronics or documents relating to forgery of Oregon driver license's. I do not make IDs (nor at any time did I) but my roommate in college did a few years back, and now I direct people towards him if they want one.

They took:

iPhone 5
Macbook Pro
Files and documents with information to fill out to get an ID
3 IDs of chicks that never came and got them
Accutane
Ansomone (rHGH)

They took the accutane and growth, but left my test? I don't know why they took those two things but left the test when they were only supposed to take only electronics and related documents.

What a silly silly thing to get involved in. I realize you are not the person who made the ID's, but you were aware it was being done in your apartment. You should have put an end to it. Now look what happened.

Because the warrant was for a small item the scope of the warrant covers searching just about anywhere! If they come across other items unrelated to the case they (should) stop and get a different warrant for those types of items! I'm guessing due to the nature of their normall job they do not realize how to handle the situation properly!

That does not mean the Gh and scrip accutant would be thrown out (if you were to be charged with it) because they had legal right to search the areas it was located and did not extend the scope of said search! Were you charged with anything or questioned????

The case for possession of the fake id's is pretty solid but the burden still lies with the state to prove manufacturing the id's or distrubuting them! The fact that they obtained a warrant when you said this was your roomates thing and was 2 years ago makes me call a bit of BS on your part! The ifo from that long ago would be considered stale and no judge on earth would sign a warrant off of 2 year old intel!!!

2 years ago was when my roommate at the time did all this on a larger scale. Now adays it is mainly younger girls who want one and direct them to the dude who makes them, I don't accept any payment or anything. What i am almost positive is some girl got one in the last year, got caught, and ratted me out. I am not involved doing this anymore as this was more of a college thing, so it kinda sucks it is biting me in the butt now.

I saw on cops or some show like that where oregon only has like 3 state troopers on duty in the entire state at one time or something due to budget problems. They probably dont have the resources to prosecute u. They mustve had their entire police force at ur house that day. U should feel special!

Yeah definitely getting a lawyer. And it couldn't have been just one person saying I was involved in this business it had to be multiple people saying it. It would have made sense a couple years back but in the last year I have had no real involvement in this particular business. I am more worried about the pictures and messages on the phone that would make them want to get another warrant for other stuff I have hidden.
